  • development and writing of standards based assessments K-8

  • development of cross curricular professional development delivery for teachers and principals.

  • part of a development team to institute the first district-level Oratorical Contest.

  • Worked with Temple University and Chestnut Hill College in the mentorship and evaluation of student teachers completing requirements for general and special education certification.

  • Co-developed and implemented a peer crisis intervention afterschool program: dispute resolution, education, accountability, and management (DREAM)
